RESERVATION POLICY
90-MINUTE EXPERIENCE
Reservations are available one month in advance. See the booking link below. Your experience begins at the designated reservation time, not from the actual arrival time. Late arrivals do not receive an extension of time. All reservations are given a 15-minute grace period to arrive. Beyond the 15-minute grace period, entry is based on availability and not guaranteed.
21 & OVER ONLY
36 Below is a 21 and over establishment. Infants, accompanied minors, pets, or expired licenses are not permitted. All guests must be able to provide a valid identification for entry. Failure to show a valid ID will result in denied entry and loss of the pre-paid deposit.
PRE-PAYMENT
To prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations there is a pre-paid deposit of $25 per person which will automatically be applied toward your bill at checkout. All pre-paid bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Please note we do add a 20% auto gratuity to the final bill at checkout.
MODIFYING RESERVATIONS DATE, TIME OR GUEST COUNT
36 Below does not make reservations, modify or cancel reservations via phone. To change your reservations date, time or guest count, go to your confirmation email and select the “modify” button or you select the “cancel” button and then rebook a new reservation on the desired day and time. Please make sure you are putting in an accurate email so you receive the confirmation email.
GUEST COUNT
We are a small lounge so space is limited. We accept up to 5 guests max for a single reservation. No exceptions! We do not allow multiple reservation bookings. Thank you for understanding.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 1 hour before your reservation. Cancellations within the 1 hour of your reservation time, reservation time-change, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable. This policy applies no matter what the reason. To cancel, please refer to your confirmation email that you received when booking and select the “cancel” button.
DRESS CODE
36 Below strives to provide an elegant atmosphere. Our associates’ priority is to ensure your experience is memorable. We ask that our guests choose attire that is suited to our cocktail bar.
